This Privacy Policy describes how HELLA Intelligence (“HELLA,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Hard Launch (the “Platform”) at hardlaunchos.com and related domains, including the Hard Launch Meta / Facebook application.

1. Who we are

Hard Launch is a go-to-market platform for software and service businesses. It is owned and operated by HELLA Intelligence. Contact: helix@hellaintel.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information you provide: name, email address, password, company/workspace details.
Workspace content you input: product and brand information, marketing assets, CRM records, call notes, and similar business data.
Usage data: log data, device/browser type, IP address, and product analytics needed to operate and secure the Platform.
Connected-platform data when you authorize an integration (including Meta, Google, and other ad or CRM tools), as described below.

3. Meta / Facebook data

If you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account or ad account to Hard Launch, we receive data through Meta’s Marketing API and related permissions you grant. Depending on the permissions you approve, this may include:

Your Meta user identifier and basic profile information needed to complete authorization
Ad account identifiers, names, and status
Campaign, ad set, and ad metadata
Performance and attribution metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions

We use this Meta data only to provide Hard Launch features you requested: showing ad performance, attributing leads and revenue to campaigns, and generating reports and recommendations for your workspace.

We do not sell Meta data. We do not use Meta data to train AI models. We do not use Meta data to build independent advertising audiences or to advertise on Meta on our own behalf. We do not share Meta data with third parties except subprocessors who help us host and operate the Platform, under contract, and only as needed to provide the service.

You can disconnect Meta from Hard Launch in workspace settings, and you can remove Hard Launch from Facebook under Settings → Apps and Websites. To request deletion of Meta-related data we store, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

4. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Platform
To generate AI-powered marketing and sales assets for your workspace
To send transactional email (login, invites, alerts)
To measure product performance and fix bugs
To comply with law and enforce our terms

5. AI processing

Workspace content may be processed by AI providers to generate assets and recommendations for you. That processing is done to provide the service to your workspace. We do not use your customer content to train general-purpose AI models.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with:

Service providers that host, store, email, or otherwise help operate the Platform (for example cloud infrastructure), bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms
Platforms you connect (such as Meta) as required to complete the integration you authorized
Authorities when required by law

7. Storage and security

Data is stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, using cloud infrastructure providers. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the Platform.

8. Retention

We keep account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. After a deletion request, or after an account is closed, we delete or de-identify personal data within 30 days unless a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may export workspace data from the Platform. To make a request, email helix@hellaintel.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights (including GDPR or CCPA), we will honor those rights as required by law.

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Platform.

11. Children

Hard Launch is a business product. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
